An Airy, Pastel Hand Edit

Hey everyone!

I wanted to give the image light, airy, and pastel look for this image.

If you’re a premium member, I include a PSD file with all layers. You’ll be able to go in and tweak them or play around with them however you want. It’s up to you if you're going to follow along with the tutorial or delete all the layers and do it yourself! Are you interested in becoming a premium member? For this tutorial, I went over all the layers in the file. If you’re the user of action, you’ll often see layers in the actions. It’s a great idea to double click on all of them and see how the artist made the actions. Then, you’ll be able to learn a little more with it. You should also look at the layer styles as well.

This image is great to experiment with. You can play around with all the layers already there, but you can make them darker and richer. So feel free to have fun with it.

I previously did a bright and airy tutorial like this one. If you’re a premium member, you can go back to your library and create something similar using the layers in the PSD file.

I thought it would be cool to add something to the water in front of the model with this image. So I added a ship from PixelSquid. I made some edits to make sure the boat fit into the image, like creating ripples and making a reflection of it. This is just an idea, and if you have any other awesome ideas, you can go ahead and add them to customize them to your liking for your practice.
