Introduction Welcome to the Tara Lesher.com All-Access Membership Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance By signing up for the Tara Lesher.com All-Access Membership Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.

3. Affiliate Obligations 3.1. To begin the enrollment process, you will complete and submit an online application. We may reject your application at our sole discretion. 3.2. Affiliates must use the same marketing methods and ethical practices as Tara Lesher.com. Spamming, negative campaigning, or deceptive practices will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all outstanding commissions.

4. Tara Lesher.com Rights and Obligations 4.1. We have the right to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 4.2. Tara Lesher.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Affiliate Program immediately and without notice to you should you commit fraud in your use of the Affiliate Program or should you abuse this program in any way.

5. Commission Fees 5.1. Affiliates will receive a percentage of revenue as a commission from orders placed through properly coded Affiliate links (unless noted otherwise for a particular product). 5.2. Commissions may change at the discretion of Tara Lesher.com, and affiliates will be notified of any changes to the commission structure.

6. Payment 6.1. Tara Lesher.com uses [Payment Processor] as the third party to handle the tracking and payment. The appropriate payment schedule will be outlined in your Affiliate Dashboard. 6.2. If the customer returns any order that generated a commission, we will deduct the commission from your next payment.

7. Legal Compliance: All affiliates must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations within their jurisdiction. This includes tax laws, disclosure requirements, and any other legal mandates.

8. Intellectual Property Affiliates are not authorized to use any intellectual property belonging to Tara Lesher.com, including trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials, outside of the promotional materials provided by Tara Lesher.com for use in the Affiliate Program.

9. Limitation of Liability Tara Lesher.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website.

10. Term of the Agreement The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance of the Affiliate Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.

11. Indemnification Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Tara Lesher.com and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by Tara Lesher.com to transmit and distribute materials, from any liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any breach of this Agreement by the Affiliate.

12. Miscellaneous 12.1. You agree that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Tara Lesher.com. 12.2. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without reference to rules governing the choice of laws.
