Tara Lesher Education 

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, enrolling in a tutorial, purchasing a digital product, or accessing any content within Tara Lesher Education, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an account, make a purchase, or access Tara Lesher Education content.

1. Definitions

Tara Lesher Education refers to the online education platform, digital product library, membership programs, tutorials, creative resources, and related services provided by Tara Lesher Education.

Member, Customer, User, or You refers to any individual who creates an account, purchases a product, enrolls in a tutorial, subscribes to a membership, or accesses any Tara Lesher Education content.

Content includes, but is not limited to, tutorials, videos, courses, workshops, digital backgrounds, overlays, brushes, actions, textures, PSD files, written materials, PDFs, images, downloads, templates, and educational resources.

Tutorial Library refers to the educational portion of Tara Lesher Education, including video lessons, Photoshop tutorials, photography education, and related instructional materials.

Creator Studio refers to the digital download library within Tara Lesher Education, including creative tools such as backgrounds, overlays, brushes, actions, textures, and other digital resources.

Membership refers to a recurring or lifetime access product that provides access to certain Tara Lesher Education content based on the plan purchased.

Digital Products refers to individual downloads, bundles, tutorial collections, background collections, overlays, actions, brushes, PSD files, and other one-time purchase resources.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a membership, or make a purchase through Tara Lesher Education.

By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your own account, including:

• Keeping your login information private
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Maintaining accurate billing and payment information
• Managing your own subscriptions and purchases
• Cancelling any recurring subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue

Your account is for your personal use only. Login information may not be shared with another person, business, team member, client, student, or group.

You are responsible for accessing your account, downloading any included resources, and keeping track of your purchases.

4. Memberships, Billing, and Payments

Tara Lesher Education may offer recurring memberships, lifetime memberships, one time purchase products, and limited time offers.

If you purchase a recurring membership:

• You will be billed automatically based on the plan you selected
• Your subscription will continue until you cancel it
• You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date
• Access is provided immediately after successful payment
• Not using the membership does not pause billing or qualify you for a refund

If you purchase a lifetime membership or lifetime upgrade, your access applies to the product, membership, or content described at the time of purchase.

Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Tara Lesher Education product or platform, not the purchaser's lifetime, and remains subject to these Terms & Conditions.

5. No Contract, Cancel at any time, No Refund Policy

Because Tara Lesher Education provides immediate access to digital products, tutorials, proprietary education, and downloadable creative resources, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Not using the product or membership
• Forgetting to cancel a subscription
• Changing your mind after purchase
• Failure to download or use the included materials

By checking the agreement box at checkout or completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All Tara Lesher Education content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

All tutorials, videos, downloads, digital tools, images, written materials, designs, PSD files, overlays, brushes, actions, and educational resources are owned by Tara Lesher Education and/or the original content creator.

Purchasing a product or membership gives you access to use the content according to these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

You may not:

• Share, sell, copy, reproduce, or redistribute Tara Lesher Education content
• Share your login information with another person
• Upload Tara Lesher Education content to another website, marketplace, file sharing platform, group, or drive
• Resell backgrounds, overlays, actions, brushes, PSD files, tutorials, or downloads
• Claim Tara Lesher Education content as your own
• Use Tara Lesher Education tutorials or downloads to create your own course, workshop, membership, preset pack, tutorial, or educational product
• Screen record, download, or copy videos for redistribution
• Use Tara Lesher Education content to train, build, or contribute to AI models, datasets, generators, or automated creative systems

Violating these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.

7. Use of Digital Downloads and Creative Assets

Tara Lesher Education digital tools are provided to support your own creative work.

You may use Tara Lesher Education backgrounds, overlays, brushes, actions, textures, and other creative assets to create finished images for yourself, your clients, or your photography business.

This means you may use the assets in completed, flattened artwork, client galleries, printed products, social media posts, portfolio images, and other finished creative projects.

You may not:

• Resell the original files
• Share the original files with clients or other photographers
• Include the files in another product, bundle, download, membership, or marketplace listing
• Offer the files as freebies, bonuses, templates, or educational materials
• Modify the files and resell them as your own
• Upload the files to stock sites, design marketplaces, print on demand platforms as standalone resources, or asset libraries

Finished artwork is allowed.

Redistribution of the original creative files is not allowed.

8. Tutorial and Educational Content Use

You are welcome to apply what you learn from Tara Lesher Education tutorials to your own photography, Photoshop practice, digital art, and client work.

However, access to educational content does not give you permission to copy, teach, resell, or repurpose Tara Lesher Education instruction as your own.

You may not use Tara Lesher Education lessons, methods, videos, downloads, or written materials to create competing tutorials, courses, memberships, workshops, guides, or educational products.

Access does not transfer ownership.

9. Software and Compatibility

Some Tara Lesher Education products require specific software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Camera Raw, or related editing tools.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the required software, system compatibility, and basic technical ability to use the products you purchase.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every software version, device, operating system, or future software update.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Share your login or account access
• Abuse, copy, resell, or redistribute Tara Lesher Education content
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• File improper chargebacks after receiving access
• Harass, threaten, or harm Tara Lesher Education, team members, instructors, or members
• Use content in a way that violates copyright or licensing terms

Termination does not remove your obligation to follow these terms.

11. Availability and Platform Access

We work to provide reliable access to Tara Lesher Education content, but we do not guarantee that the website, membership area, downloads, videos, or platform will always be available without interruption.

Access may be affected by maintenance, platform updates, technical issues, hosting provider issues, internet outages, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for temporary downtime, technical issues, or platform changes.

12. Results and Educational Disclaimer

Tara Lesher Education provides creative education, Photoshop instruction, digital tools, and artistic resources.

We do not guarantee specific results, including:

• Business income
• Client bookings
• Sales
• Creative success
• Editing outcomes
• Portfolio growth
• Skill improvement within a specific timeframe

Your results depend on your own effort, practice, experience, software knowledge, creative decisions, and business choices.

All content is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

13. Privacy

Your use of Tara Lesher Education is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy and do not sell personal information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of Tara Lesher Education after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
